Abstract

Resign level employee at PT. Telesindo Shop Makassar increased to 10,87%, which means that turnover rate at PT. Telesindo Shop Makassar was high. The high employee turnover rate affected selling performance at PT. Telesindo Shop Makassar became unstable. This research is using interview dan questionnaire method in taking data and using likert scale method in data management. Base on the research, the employee job satisfaction level in Telesindo is divided into five job satisfaction variables the first one is the work itself has an employee satisfaction score 22,06%, the boss variable has an emplyee satisfaction score 19,58%, the coworker’s variable has 22,37%, tha promotion variable has 17,71% and the salary variable has 18,29% score of employee satisfaction. The result of all the percentages can be concluded that the value of empoyee job satisfaction in Telesindo is base on the promotional variable that working there. Finally, this research is expected to be the consideration to the leader of PT. Telesindo Shop Makassar to improving emplyee’s job satisfaction so that will help to stabilize the selling performance.Keywords: Employees, Job Satisfaction, Indicator, Selling Performance, Variable.

Abstract

This research is focus on how to optimize the usage of bandwidth at the University of Atma Jaya Makassar to provide fluency either online or offline while accessing the service of UAJM.In this research user management to be made using the Hotspot management and for Management bandwidth will be created using the queue tree and per connection queuing (PCQ). Queue tree used to allocate bandwidth to each user category and is used to divide the bandwidth PCQ fairly and evenly.Keywords: hotspot, queue tree, per connection queuing (PCQ)

Abstract

Penggunaan Internet bervariasi, mulai dari mencari dan bertukar informasi, sebagai media untuk bisnis dan komunikasi, serta memfasilitasi publikasi atau promosi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penggunaan Internet, banyak pengembang perangkat lunak mulai mengembangkan berbagai aplikasi, seperti BitTorent, FileZilla, dll. Sayangnya, beberapa aplikasi tidak dikembangkan untuk mematuhi peraturan pelabuhan tertentu yang membuatnya rentan terhadap serangan akses jarak jauh. Serangan semacam ini biasanya dieksploitasi oleh pengguna yang tidak dikenal, kebanyakan dikenal sebagai peretas untuk mendapatkan akses dalam sistem internal di mana aplikasi sedang diinstal. Oleh karena itu, sebagai tanggapan untuk mengukur balik ancaman semacam itu terhadap organisasi, diperlukan untuk menerapkan metode penyaringan yang dapat mengklasifikasikan paket yang masuk dan keluar dari jaringan, bersama dengan mencapai bandwidth arbitrase.Keywords: Firewall, Jaringan Komputer,Layer-7 Protocol, Packet Filtering

Abstract

Universities have the autonomy to manage themselves which regulates the planning, supervision, monitoring and evaluation systems to achieve the goals of higher education. One standard set in higher education is the application of information technology in the higher education governance system. In providing higher education sevices, University of Atma Jaya Makassar has utilized the application of information and communication technology infrastructure through the development of an Academic Information System (SIAMIK) and other supporting systems. The development of the lecture process management system (STKP) at the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Atma Jaya Makassar shows that the development has been able to integrate the supervisory function in the implementation of the lecture process by introducing the value of transparency and accountability. The STKP can provide convenience in evaluating the performance of study programs in the ongoing lecture process. The main objective of this research is to develop a system of supervision and integrated information services. With the information service study program can help universities, especially the information technology faculty in improving performance in the lecture process that is useful for lecturers, academic supervisors, study program chairmen and deans of the Faculty.Keywords: Academic Spervision System, Information Service.

Abstract

SLBN Sulsel is a school with special students who are deaf and speechless. Frequent errors in communication between teacher and students where the teacher uses official language and students use local sign language, so that the information provided is poorly understood by students. Researchers design applications using kinect that can help teachers provide sign language information that meets the standards. The author uses a dynamic time wrapping method which is a matching data movement. The system results that have been designed as much as 98.3% have gone well in the learning process and as much as 1.7% still need improvement.Keywords: Sign Language, Kinect , Dynamic Time Wrapping
